Riders years of experience

I've been riding Harleys for a couple of years having come to motorcycling late in life (age 52+) but need the versitility of a BMW to get down mountain tracks as well as cruise so i bought the GS about 4 months ago and still own the HD Road King. I would appreciate advice and training on off-roading and generally in handling my bike better

Am retired from IT and currently keeping myself busy as a beekeeper. Started off on a Vespa scooter 45 years ago for a couple of years, then had a Honda Hawk about 20 years ago. Would like to get back into riding, so at present I have to steal my son's Dakar. Nice to get back at my children for wrecking my cars in their youth. Regards Andrew Beverley

Moved to Strand last year from JHB. First bike was a KTM, then Honda and now the BMW.
I commute daily on the BMW from Strand to V&A for the last year.

Married with a little boy

Hi  Sean Pincus

Newbie rider, and when I grow up I will get a real bike.  In the meantime I have fun on the scooter.  Did forst prson on scene training, and moto marshalls course, busy with LZ training

Hi my name is Andrew. I took delivery of my F800GS 2009 on Saturday. After riding a Motomia Terra Strada 250 for a while this is quite a Beast to get used to. I should not have skipped leg day, coming to think of it I shouldn't have skip gym altogether. I'm looking forward to do some training courses and doing some trips.
After many years without a bike I have now decided it is time to start riding again. I bought a well looked after 2005 1200GS and is looking forward getting to know my new baby. Married with Engela. Lives in Bellville.

Hi there! I recently bought a BMW G650 although I've been riding for a while I am very new to touring/adventure riding. I would like to do day trips and as my confidence builds perhaps do longer weekend camping trips. Any like minded enthusiasts are welcome to contact me.
